Who is behind it?

A small French company, a deliberately short product, and prices written on the site rather than given over the phone.

Rentals Hub is published in Paris by a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Paris trade register under number 130 227 192. The publication director is David Gaillard-Felix. This is not a marketplace and not an agency: we sell software at a published price, and we take no commission on your bookings.

Why the prices are written down

In this market most vendors do not publish a grid: you ask for a quote, or sit through a demonstration, before you learn what you will pay. We took the opposite habit from day one. The price is on the pricing page, it is the same for everyone, and it is in our comparison pages too, beside everybody else’s.

  • No quote, no sales call, no setup fee.
  • The same price for a single owner and for a management agency.
  • Fourteen days of real trial with no card: the trial is the demonstration.

What we decided not to do

A short product is a choice, not a backlog. We publish the list of what Rentals Hub does not do and we keep it current, because finding it out after paying costs everyone more than reading it beforehand.

  • No unified guest messaging, no dynamic pricing, no housekeeping management.
  • Five platforms connected directly — Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo, Agoda — plus Google, not thirty.
  • No accounting: we follow the money on a stay, we do not keep your books.

Where your data is

The application and its database run at OVH, in its Beauharnois data centre in Canada; the invoices, the photographs and the nightly backups are kept by OVH in France. What we collect, why, for how long and who else has access is written in the privacy policy — which covers the application and not only this site.

  • Hosted in Canada, backups every night in France.
  • Your bookings, your guests and your rates can be exported.
  • If you leave, nothing is deleted unless you ask for it.
