Your rental units, from opening day to closing day

Mobile homes, chalets, cabins, canvas bungalows: the rental side of the grounds fits on one grid, with seasons that open and close on fixed dates and summer weeks that sell out a year ahead.

Your day-to-day

Sound familiar?

  • A dozen mobile homes, a few chalets, two cabins everyone loves
  • The grounds open in April and close after autumn half-term
  • July and August rent by the full week, Saturday to Saturday
  • The same families come back every summer, to the same week
  • The whole fleet on one grid

Twenty rental units, twenty rows: who checks in, who leaves, what is left to sell.

  • A season on fixed dates

Closure periods say when the grounds sleep — nothing sells outside them.

  • The loyal ones book direct

The families who return book on your website, without commission.

Twenty mobile homes, one grid

Every rental unit has its row: mobile home 12, the Larch chalet, the wood cabin. You describe each one once — beds, terrace, spot on the grounds — and the grid tells you who checks in on Saturday, who leaves, and which ones are still for sale for mid-August.

  • One row per rental unit, the whole fleet on one screen
  • Capacity, photos and rate specific to each unit
  • Saturday check-ins and check-outs, readable at a glance

The season opens and closes in one move

The grounds close in autumn and reopen in April: one closure period set on the units, and nothing sells over the winter — on your website or on the platforms. Rate cards carry the rest: the full week in July and August, short stays at the edges, the price moving with the season.

  • Closure periods for winterising or the works
  • Minimum a week in high season, short stays on the shoulders
  • Next summer’s rates get prepared over the winter

What we don’t do, said plainly

Rentals Hub manages the units you rent out, not the grounds: bare pitches, the barrier, electricity meters and the motorhome station are not our business. If your activity is mostly rental units, you are in the right place; if it is mostly pitches, a full campsite package will serve you better.

  • Built for mobile homes, chalets, cabins and bungalows
  • No management of bare pitches or the grounds’ services
  • The two can coexist: your rental units here, the rest where it is
