Your platforms, always agreeing

Connect Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo and Agoda once, and appear on Google for free. Bookings arrive on their own, and a night sold anywhere closes everywhere else.

Rentals Hub

One calendar

Booking received Availability sent
  • Bookings arrive

A sale on Airbnb shows up in your calendar within seconds, guest included.

  • Availability goes out

A night taken here closes on Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo, Agoda and Google, without you touching a thing.

  • Clashes are visible

A double booking is flagged and resolved by moving the stay, not by calling the guest.

Connect once, forget after

You link each listing to its unit, once. After that, bookings, changes and cancellations arrive by themselves, with the guest name, the dates, the guest count and the amount the platform collected.

  • Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo and Agoda, plus Google as a metasearch
  • Bookings, changes and cancellations received automatically
  • Upcoming stays already sold are imported on connection — except on Vrbo and Agoda, which do not offer it
  • Agoda prices by party size: your unit’s price is sent for every party size up to the number of adults it takes
  • What the platform collected is kept apart from what you hold

A clash is flagged, not suffered

Two platforms can sell the same night seconds apart: it happens to everyone. Rentals Hub does not refuse the sale — it happened — but it flags it on the stay straight away and offers to move one of the two to a free unit. Moving it clears the alert on both sides.

  • The clashing stay is marked, on the calendar and on its own page
  • A moved stay keeps its dates, its price and its guest
  • A platform revision never drags a hand-moved stay back into the clash

On Google, for free

Google is not a rental platform but a metasearch: it shows your property in its results and sends the guest to book somewhere else. A single home appears in Google Vacation Rentals, on the map of holiday-rental searches; a property with several units — a B&B, a small hotel — in Google Hotel’s free links. The choice is made for you. The guest books on the booking page of Channex, our connectivity provider, and not on your own website; the stay lands in your calendar like any other platform booking.

  • No Google account, no contract, no extranet to open on your side
  • Availability, prices and restrictions sent as to every other platform
  • Free links: no cost per click, no commission taken by Google. Paid Google Ads campaigns are not part of the product
  • What you provide: a contact phone number, a description, the facilities, photos — at least eight for a vacation rental —, a cancellation policy, and for a vacation rental a booking website online, whose address is passed on to Google
  • Google picks up new properties weekly: allow one week for a hotel-style property, up to four for a vacation rental

Included in Pro

Platform connection is part of the Pro plan, chosen unit by unit. A unit you only rent through your own website has no reason to pay for it.

  • Chosen unit by unit
  • Two units on Starter and one on Pro is fine
  • Included in the 14-day trial
