A property, its units, its rates

A house with three cottages is one property and three units: each has its own calendar, photos, amenities and rates. Prices live in rate plans — high season, last minute, long stay — and a stay is priced from them instead of being typed in by hand.

A stay is changed, not started over

A guest calls to move their dates, add a night or switch unit? You amend the stay: its history, its payments and its guest record stay put. A stay moved onto a unit that is already taken is refused — you cannot create a double booking by accident.

Payments, both ways
