And what you rent out, not only where

A property with no accommodation has nothing to book. The advert already says what it sells — a whole home, or five double rooms — so a step shows you and you tick. Only three things are asked of you, the three nobody can guess safely: the name, the floor area and how many it sleeps. Everything else opens at a default and is set afterwards on each accommodation’s own screen.

What we do not guess

No rate, no cleaning fee, no deposit and no cancellation rule is ever read off an advert. Those are your prices: a guessed figure pushed back out to the platforms would be far worse than an empty field, and you would have no way of telling a figure that was read from one that was invented. An import fills in what the page asserts, never what costs money.
