Rentals Hub or Beds24

This is the comparison where we lose on price, and it is better said at the top than discovered at the bottom.

In short

Beds24 is cheaper than Rentals Hub as soon as you pass a few units: on 21 September 2026 their public grid started at around €15.90 a month for one property, with each additional property costing a few euros. Rentals Hub charges €8 or €13 excluding tax per unit, which becomes dearer at scale. What Beds24 asks in return is time: the product is highly configurable and has a reputation for being hard to get going. Rentals Hub makes the opposite bet.

The facts, side by side

  Rentals Hub Beds24
Billing model €8 or €13 excluding tax per unit per month, linear. A monthly base per property, then a few euros per additional property or rental. Markedly degressive.
Public price, no sales call Yes. Yes, with a calculator. It is an honest and detailed grid.
Channel manager Included in the Pro plan. Included, with a very wide range of channels.
Platforms connected directly Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo, Agoda, plus Google as a metasearch. The rest over iCal. Far more than us, hotel channels included.
Commitment and setup fees Neither. No commitment; expect configuration time, which is the real cost of entry.

What they do better than us

Let us be plain: on several objective counts Beds24 is ahead, and price is one of them.

  • Cheaper than us from a few units up, and the gap widens with the count.
  • Many more connected channels, including ones we will never go near.
  • A level of configurability we do not offer and will not offer.
  • An old, solid house with a community of experienced users.

What we do differently

We are not arguing a lower price. We are arguing what you gain by not having to configure everything.

  • A first unit online the same evening, with no prior setup and no training.
  • An Airbnb or Booking listing imported by pasting its link, rather than retyped.
  • An interface fully translated, screen by screen, error messages included.
  • A deliberately short scope, published, instead of a setting for every case.

Which to pick

If you are comfortable with a highly configurable tool and price decides, take Beds24: at ten units the gap is real and in their favour. If you have one to ten units, no wish to spend a weekend in configuration screens, and you want it in your own language, weigh the price gap against the time you will not spend — and fourteen days of trial with no card is enough to know which side you are on.
