Rentals Hub or Superhote

Two French products, two opposite ways of telling you what it costs — and a difference in scope that matters more than the difference in price.

In short

Superhote and Rentals Hub serve the same trade, short-term rental, with opposite models. Superhote quotes a personalised price rather than publishing a grid, and covers more ground — automation, guest messaging, housekeeping. Rentals Hub publishes €8 excluding tax per unit per month on Starter and €13 on Pro, channel manager included, and deliberately covers less. Below ten units the published price is usually lower; past twenty, Superhote’s quote becomes competitive.

What they do better than us

Superhote covers considerably more ground than we do, and that has to be said plainly. If those functions matter to you, we are not the right choice and this page will have saved you time.

  • Guest messaging and message automation, which Rentals Hub does not do at all.
  • Housekeeping and contractor coordination, which we do not do either.
  • A scope built for agencies managing on behalf of owners, with the tooling that goes with it.
  • Past twenty or so units, their degressive pricing eventually beats our per-unit price.

What we set against that is not a longer list; it is a different way of selling and a scope we own up to.

  • The price is written down. You can work out your bill tonight without talking to anyone.
  • Fourteen days of real trial, no card, rather than a guided demonstration.
  • The plan is chosen unit by unit: a studio on Starter while the villa is on Pro.

Which to pick

Below ten units, and if you are not expecting unified messaging or housekeeping coordination, Rentals Hub will cost less and you will know how much before you start. If you manage for third-party owners, want guest messages automated and cleaning teams coordinated, Superhote covers what we do not — ask them for a quote and compare it with three times our per-unit price.
